Do you find yourself looking for a simple snack, but don’t know what to have? Have you had the same snack over and over again and you are tired of that snack?
Well, I have a snack for you. Not only is this snack simple, it is also a healthy option. It is simply turkey slices of deli meat with red pepper hummus spread on top and several other toppings. Then rolled up. That’s it.
I came up with this turkey red pepper hummus rollup out of the blue. I was looking for a snack to eat and I grabbed some ingredients from my fridge and experienced to find a new snack.
You can add the same ingredients I did or add whatever you want. The choice is yours.
Here is my recipe for turkey red pepper humus rollups.
Turkey Red Pepper Hummus Rollups
Serving size: 1
4 slices of turkey deli meat
red pepper hummus
green olives, sliced
cheddar cheese, shredded
1. Lay slices of turkey on plate.
2. Spread desired amount of red pepper hummus on turkey slices.
3. Sprinkle desired amount of green olives and cheese on top of hummus.
4. Roll turkey slices up.
Serve and enjoy for a snack!
