Relaxing after a long day is very important. Your body needs to wind done after having a crazy day. What are some ways you relax in the evening?
My husband and I love to sit on the couch together and watch a show or movie while having a snack. It is our time to relax together.
A perfect snack we love to eat while watching The Sopranos is meat and cheese. We buy a really good salami and smoked Gouda. So good. Recently we bought a tray of a variety of Italian meats and some really good mozzarella. We also bought a jar of big green olives to go along with our meat and cheese. It’s a perfect combination to eat all three together.
Once in awhile my husband and I will have a glass of wine while we eat our meat and cheese. We bought a sweet dessert wine that we really like.
How do you relax after a long day?
