Since yesterday was National Coffee Day, I thought today would be perfect to write a post about coffee.

I’m a big fan of coffee if you didn’t know that. I love coffee so much that the decor in my kitchen is coffee themed. I love finding new coffee decor for my kitchen.

I discovered Shoppe by Scout Mob. The Shoppe sells inspired goods by independent makers. There are many makers that contribute to the Shoppe. Each maker has a different trade. You can find out more about the Shoppe here. Have you heard of Shoppe?

Shoppe

I was browsing Shoppe and I discovered they had a food and drink section, so I searched for coffee. You can get anything from coffee to coffee decor. There were several items that caught my eye.

Do you love cheesecake? What is your favorite flavor? I’m a big fan of cheesecake. I’ve even had cheesecake as my cake for my birthday before. I love cheesecake that much.

When Fall arrives, I especially love pumpkin cheesecake. I have to get a slice of pumpkin cheesecake at Starbucks when it arrives. This season, I’ve already had a slice that I shared with my girls. I’ll definitely have more.

Usually around Thanksgiving time, I like to bake a maple pumpkin cheesecake. I get my recipe from my Better Homes and Gardens cookbook.

Below is my recipe for maple pumpkin cheesecake.

When it comes to starting solids for your infant, do you know where to start? When are they ready? What types of food do you feed your infant first?

I have two toddler girls of my own, Katie and Sophia, so I’ve introduced solids twice. It is a messy process, but my girls sure enjoyed the different flavors of the foods.

One of my readers requested some tips on introducing solids, so I thought I would share my experience with my girls.

It is definitely Fall outside. The leaves are changing colors and leaves are falling off of trees. So whenever colder weather hits, soup season starts. It is nice to eat a bowl of soup to help warm you up when it is cold outside. Do you eat soup year round or only during the Fall/Winter?

Chili was the first soup I made this fall season. I also love to cook chicken noodle with homemade noodles. What is your favorite soup to cook?

Whenever I cook chili, I like to make a bigger portion for leftovers. There are times I like to use the leftovers and have chili dogs or travel tacos with Fritos. How else to you use your leftover chili?

Below is my recipe for chili.

When I saw ‘apples galore,’ I definitely mean it. I have lots of apples. I received two big bags full of apples from my Mother-in-law, who has apple trees.

I have a big bowl of apples and several serving plates of apples. I placed this white plate of apples on my dining room table for a centerpiece. I thought I would decorate my dining table with the apples.
