Do you love drinking smoothies? Do you make a lot of smoothies at home? If so, I have some ideas for you!

Ever since I starting working out, I love blending my own protein smoothie couple times a week. My basic formula for my smoothie is the same, but each time it may be different. I use frozen/fresh fruit, plain Greek yogurt, honey, cocoa powder (sometimes), protein powder, juice, and water.

Excuses: No Time to Exercise

Have you told yourself the excuse – I don’t have time to exercise? We’ve probably said it lots of times. We may be super busy as Moms or at a job and can’t find the time to exercise. Plus, who wants to exercise after having a long day and all worn out?

But the thing is, sometimes we have to tell ourselves that we just need to put our foot down and exercise. There may not be a ‘perfect’ time, but we can still do it.

I’ve told myself that I didn’t have enough time to exercise. I’m busy with my two girls all day and by the end of the day, I just wanted to relax. Plus I couldn’t get away to go to the gym.

4 Blogging Goals

As of today, I’m back blogging. It’s great to be back! I took a little blogging break the past two months. What have I been up to?

I’ve been working on my New Year’s Resolution to lose 15-20 lbs. I have been exercising three days a week and eat healthier.

I am also in the process of potty training both of my girls at the same. Yes at the same time. It is a challenge, but I’m starting out slowly.

I recently started ABC Mouse with my girls. It is a great online learning space and my girls love it.

Over these past two months, I’ve been thinking of lots of post ideas, writing blog posts, and coming up with some blogging goals that I want to focus on this year.
